I’m Roel Manarang.

I build things. Businesses, systems, and assets that compound over time.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of SEO, paid ads, and web development. I run Workroom, a digital marketing agency focused on building high-performing websites and campaigns that actually drive results, not just traffic.

I’m also focused on building long-term assets. Real estate, small businesses, and projects designed to generate consistent cash flow. Some of that takes shape through projects like Oasis Twelve, along with other ventures I’m building over time such as Senpai, Ironclad Fitness, Joyful, and Tycoon.

A lot of what I’m building is driven by something personal. I’m married to my wife Joy-Ann, and we have a daughter, Riven. They’re a big part of why I think long-term and build the way I do.

Not just strategies or tactics, but the decisions behind them. Building, improving, dealing with uncertainty, and figuring things out without pretending to have everything solved.

Most of what I share comes from experience. Some of it comes from mistakes.
